WebI forgot, the blinking is caused by the BLTouch not being able to put its pin into the position it is supposed to be. Yours is detecting the bed but the main processor misses that signal so it does not send the signal to retract the pin. The BLTouch is then not able to stow its pin (put it in the outward position), so it goes into alarm mode.
