WebI believe this is known as cinebench sleep bug. My R5 2600 gets the exact same scores as shown in your picture. If you coldboot (aka turn off PSU then turn back on again) it will show you the real scores (which will be in the 1200s). From what you are saying, R23 completes less runs in the same time than R20 - that means that it takes longer to render a frame in R23 than in R20.
