If you have 100 energy weapons and all the related perks, damage per shot is about 200, and damage per second can reach about 450 I beleive. WebGobi is a great weapon, but you need to max out lockpicking to get it. If you use Paciencia or the AMR not only will you have guns that do considerably more damage, but you'll have more skillpoints to devote to combat.
