There’s also a possibility I think of taking hormone blockers on ADH, but that I really don’t see happening- going from like a miserable 20 to zero estrogen level!! SpletI’m trying to get support from the NHS however the earliest they can see me is late June so I’ve started my HRT journey privately (which is spenny af) and the reason why I need to go on HRT is because people with POI are at an increased risk of cardiovascular disease & osteoporosis but also it should help relieve some of the menopause symptoms
